Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Bawal Bintang (Trachinotus Blochii) Pada Budidaya Sistem Resirkulasi Dengan Penambahan Jumlah Bioball Berbeda
The aim of this study was look at the effect of the recirculation system by
adding the total of different bioballs and bioballs good for growth an survival rate
of silver pompano fish seed in brackish water. The container used for the handling
of silver pompano fish seed is a bucked with a diameter of 60 cm, heigh 45 cm,
volume of 100 l as many as 15 pieces with a recirculation system. chamber filter
size 50 cm x 14 cm x 14 cm and the addition of bioball, with a concentrated of 20
fish/80 l of water. The method used in this study was randomized completely
design (RAL) method, five treatments and three replications. The treatmen
applied was the addition of bioball to the recirculation sytem by giving starter
bacteria, where P0 = without bioball, P1 = 35 bioballs/ gutter/ container, P2 = 45
bioballs/ gutter/ container, P3 = 55 bioballs/ gutter/ container, P4 = 65 bioballs/
gutter/ container.The results showed the bioball added to the recirculation system,
showed highly significant effect (P0.05) to survival
rate. The best growth rates was found in treatment P1 with total weight:
30,67±2,02 gram, total length: 7,07±0.18 cm, specific growth rate: 3,03±0,29%
per day, feed conversion ratio: 1.25±0.03 and survival rate: 90,00±5,00%
respectively.
