Pengaruh Penambahan Aditif Mastersure® 1007 Dengan Pengurangan Kadar Air 20% Dan Kadar Semen Rencana 409,80 Kg/M3 Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton
ABSTRACT
The use of additives in concrete is an innovation that can develop to produce
concrete with better strength. MasterSure® 1007 is the added material (chemical
admixture) having the content of retarder and superplaticizer which serves to
delay concrete setting time, increasing the value workability and improve the
quality of concrete This study aims to determine how the effect of adding
MasterSure® 1007 to the compressive strength of concrete. This research was
conducted in a laboratory using the DOE (Department of Environment) method
according to SNI 03-2834-2000. The test object uses a cylindrical mold with a
diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm. 8 samples were made for each
variation where 3 samples were tested at the age of 7 days and 5 samples were
tested at the age of 28 days. Variations of the addition of MasterSure® 1007 used
were 0,55%, 0,83%, 1,1%, 1,38%, 1,65%, 1,93%, and 2,2% by weight of cement.
From the test results, the MasterSure® 1007 admixture has a significant effect on
the compressive strength of concrete. The maximum increase in compressive
strength was obtained at a variation of 1,1% with a percentage increase of 76,89%
from normal concrete quality with a compressive strength of 52,66 MPa.
