Pengaruh Fasilitas Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kreativitas Guru SD Negeri Di Kecamatan Balai Jaya Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This study aims to analyze the effect of school facilities and work motivation
on the creativity of State Elementary School teachers in Balai Jaya District,
Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of the problem in this research is that the
phenomena that occur in the State Elementary School, Balai Jaya District, Rokan
Hilir Regency, from observations and interviews show that the creativity of
teachers is still not as expected, this is marked by teachers who are less interested
in submitting proposals or ideas that can channeling and developing creativity in
solving problems faced by schools, especially in meeting activities, there are still
teachers who are reluctant to prepare all learning and supporting tools
independently, and tend to use learning device products resulting from MGMP
training or copy paste from the internet and found teachers who do not want to
change learning tools every semester, where learning tools should be made based
on an analysis of the situation of students who will be faced in the current year,
teachers still complain about the limitations of student learning facilities/facilities
such as teaching aids, practical tools, labor, supporting books, libraries and
others that are owned by schools are not yet fully adequate to support teachers in
carrying out their duties optimally, it is found that teachers lack awareness in
opening themselves up to accept new approaches that are more innovative and the
last phenomenon is that there are still teachers who do not have motivation in
teaching due to low teacher creativity. The population in this study were teachers
in the Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 190 teachers. Sampling
in this study was carried out using simple random sampling technique so that a
sample of 129 teachers was obtained. Data collection techniques used are
questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire (questionnaire) was
conducted by providing responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert
scale. While the documentation technique is used to collect additional data such
as data on names and the number of teachers. Analysis of the data used is
descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. After conducting research and data
analysis, it was found that there was a significant effect between the variables of
school facilities (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher creativity (Y) in the
creativity of elementary school teachers in Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir
Regency, which was shown between school facilities variables (X1) on the
creativity of teachers (Y) with a regression coefficient value of 0.168; sig.
