Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Kascing Dan Rhizobium Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis Hypogaea L.)
ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain the appropriate interaction of vermicompost and rhizobium fertilizers for the growth and yield of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.). The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Binawidya Campus Km 12.5, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study was a factorial experiment arranged according to a factorial complete randomized design (CRD), consisting of 2 factors and 2 replications. The first factor was the dose of vermicompost fertilizer (K), which consisted of 5 levels, namely K0 : 0 ton.ha-1 , K1 : 2 tons. ha-1, K2 : 4 tons. ha-1, K3 : 6 tonnes. ha-1, K4 : 8 tonnes. ha-1. Factor II was the dose of Rhizobium (R) which consisted of 3 levels, namely R0 : 0 g per kg of seed, R1 : 5 g per kg of seed, R2 : 10 g per kg of seed. Parameters observed were plant height, number of primary branches, age of flowering plants, number of flowers, number of pods per plant, fresh weight of shoots, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of shoots, dry weight of roots, number of seeds per plant, dry weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 dry seeds, percentage of fruitful pods per plant and percentage of effective root nodules. The application of vermicompost fertilizer significantly affected the parameters of plant height, number of pods per plant, shoot fresh weight and shoot dry weight. The best treatment is at a dose of 8 t.ha-1. The application of Rhizobium had no significant effect on all observed parameters for each treatment combination except for the parameters of plant height and shoot fresh weight. The best treatment is at a dose of 5 g per kg of seed. Keywords: peanuts, vermicompost, rhizobium.
