Abstract Most of the oil palm plantations in Kampung Kumbara Utama, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency have entered an uneconomic period so that rejuvenation activities need to be planned. Oil palm rejuvenation in Kampung Kumbara Utama is a new activity for plasma plantations so that it is necessary to analyze the perception of plasma plantations towards rejuvenation. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of plasma farmers, analyze the perception of plasma plantations towards rejuvenation of oil palm plantations and analyze the factors that influence the perception of plasma plantations towards rejuvenation of oil palm plantations. Sampling was carried out using the Simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using perception analysis, namely using the Likert's summated rating scale and multiple linear analysis. The results obtained showed that the perception of plasma plantations towards oil palm rejuvenation as a whole was in the good category. This perception shows that the implementation of rejuvenation can be accepted by plasma farmers in Kampung Kumbara Utama. Factors that significantly influence the perception of plantations about rejuvenation are education and savings.
