The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on the way various institutions operate, including in the area of complaint management. The Department of Manpower currently still uses manual methods to manage complaints, which presents several weaknesses that can affect the efficiency and convenience of the process for both employees and staff. These issues include difficulties in locating complaint letters, the risk of document damage, and inefficient use of working time. To address these problems, a web-based complaint information system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system is designed with features such as upload, save, search, and download of complaint documents in digital format, and it includes a simple user interface to ensure ease of use for administrators. With this system, complaint management becomes more organized and can be accessed more quickly. The system development methodology used is the Waterfall model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The implementation of this system is expected to simplify the process and reduce potential errors. It also aims to facilitate easier input and output of data.
