Solidaritas Sosial Komunitas Toyota Kijang Super Community Indonesia (Tksci ) Paliko Sumatera Barat
This study aims to analyze the forms and factors that influence social solidarity in the Toyota Kijang Super Club Indonesia (TKSCI) Paliko community. Social solidarity is important in a community to maintain togetherness and solidarity, especially in an automotive community such as TKSCI Paliko. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews with community members, and documentation of activities. The results of the study indicate that social solidarity in the TKSCI Paliko community is formed through various routine and incidental activities, such as coffee meetups (kopdar), convoys, charity activities, family gatherings, and other routine meetings. Solidarity in this community is supported by a sense of brotherhood, kinship, and a common interest in Toyota Kijang Super cars. In addition, a strong community identity, such as the use of official attributes and distinctive jargon, also strengthens the sense of togetherness. Factors supporting community solidarity include good coordination between members, support from members' families, and the use of social media as a means of communication. On the other hand, several obstacles in maintaining social solidarity arise from the individualism of some members, personal busyness, and differences in social background. Nevertheless, the TKSCI Paliko community was able to maintain its existence through solid leadership and activities involving all members. The conclusion of this study is that social solidarity in the TKSCI Paliko community can survive thanks to the strong commitment of members, routine activities that strengthen relationships, and joint efforts in maintaining the existence of the community amidst various challenges.
