This research aims to develop wordwall-based moral learning media in Civics subjects for grade V elementary school. This learning media is designed to overcome the limitations of conventional learning methods that are less interesting and less effective in building student involvement. The research used the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) developmental model modified for the developmental stage. The research subjects were 10 fifth grade students of SD Negeri 111 Pekanbaru who had used the Merdeka Curriculum. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which were then analyzed using a Likert scale. Validation by material and media experts obtained an Aiken's validity index of 0.91 for media aspects and 0.90 for material aspects. The teacher response trial obtained an average percentage score of 99% with a very practical category. The limited trial obtained an average percentage score of 94% with a very practical category. Based on the results of validation trials, teacher response trials, and limited trials, the wordwall-based moral learning media for elementary school students is very valid and very practical to create learning that is more interactive and relevant to student needs.
