This research aims to develop the media of Historical Comics (Komirah) in the learning of Pancasila Education for the rest of grade V of elementary school that is valid and practical. This research uses Development using the R&D (Research and Development) method with 4D models or 4-D Models. 4D models or Four-D Models are carried out with 4 main stages, namely define, design, development, and dissemination. In data collection, the researcher used validation sheets and questionnaires for student and teacher responses on a scale of 1-4. Based on the results of the validation test conducted by 3 validators, namely media validators, material validators, and language validators, products were obtained in the very feasible category with an overall average validation percentage of 91.67%. Meanwhile, based on the results of a limited trial conducted by 1 teacher and 21 students in grade V of SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru, products were obtained in the category of very practical with an average percentage of limited test results by teachers of 96.25% with a very practical category and an average percentage of limited test results by students of 93.33% with a very practical category. Thus, based on the results of validation by 3 validators, namely validators of media experts, material experts, and linguists as well as product trials by 1 teacher and 21 students of grade V of SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that the KOMIRAH (Historical Comics) media product developed has met the category of feasible and practical assessment.
