Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah Dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Belanja Modal Di Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue
(Pendapatan Asli Daerah) and General Allocation Funds (Dana Alokasi Umum) on
Capital Expenditure in Riau Province.
The research uses multiple linear regression analysis to assess the extent to
which the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The analytical method
used in this study relies on secondary data in the form of time series, and employs both
descriptive and quantitative approaches. Data analysis techniques include the
estimation of multiple linear regression models with statistical tests (t-test, F-test,
coefficient of determination R², and correlation coefficient), as well as classical
assumption testing.
The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the independent variable
Regional Original Revenue, with a probability value of (0.0539 > 0.05), does not have
a significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Riau Province. Meanwhile, the General
Allocation Funds variable, with a probability value of (0.0327 < 0.05), has a
significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Riau Province. The F-test indicates that
the variables Regional Original Revenue and General Allocation Funds jointly do not
have a significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Riau Province, with a Prob (FStatistic)
value of (0.061798 > 0.05) and an R² value of 41.9%.
