Tingkat Keberhasilan Tatalaksana Retensio Urin Dan Lama Perawatan Pasien Pascaoperasi Prolaps Organ Panggul Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode Januari 2016-Juli 2018
Management of pelvic organ prolapse can be through several surgical techniques that depend on the patient's condition. The most common complication on post operative pelvic organ prolaps is urinary retention. The objective of this study was to determine the success rate of urinary retention management in pelvic organ prolapse postoperative patients in RSUD Arifin Achmad period January 2016-July 2018 using retrospective descriptive observational method. The population of this study were all subjects of pelvic organ prolapse patients who had surgery and experienced urinary retention and recorded in the medical record. This study obtained results from 124 medical records Pelvic organ prolpas patients who have undergone surgery found 41% experienced urinary retention with a success rate of 76%. The incidence of cases that must be managed together with the medical rehabilitation is 24% and the average length of treatment for patients is 10 ± 5 days.
