This Thesis is about making garbage reporting application in Pekanbaru city running on Smartphone with the help of Web Browser to access it. This application is an application that serves as a media community to report the location of waste in Pekanbaru City. This application is aimed to make people and city government of Pekanbaru able to coordinate with each other in the surrounding environment, so that will be the creation of a beautiful city of Pekanbaru, clean and healthy. The government can also better coordinate garbage issues with the help of the community directly with this application
