Ompok hypophthalmus is one of the endemic fish species of Riau. It has high economic value; however, the aquaculture of Ompok hypophthalmus has been declining.. This study aim to determine the effects of different corn oil enrichment dosages and durations on water fleas and their impact on the growth and survival of Ompok hypophthalmus larvae. This research is conduct on December 1, 2024 -January 9, 2025, at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University. The method use, A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) are use with two factors. The first factor is corn oil dosage with four treatment levels, namely 0.00 ml, 0.02 ml 0.04 ml, and 0.06 ml while the second factor is enrichment duration with three treatment levels, namely, 4 hours, 6 hours and 8 hours each treatment with 3 repetitions. Fish larvae were obtained from the Fish Seed Center of Riau Islamic University. Parameters measured were observation of water flea intestine, absolute length growth, absolute weight growth, specific growth rate, survival and water quality.
