An effective and efficient outpatient registration system is a crucial element in improving the quality of healthcare services. However, many healthcare facilities still rely on manual processes, which often lead to long queues, service delays, and disorganized patient data management. This study aims to develop a web-based outpatient information system focused on patient registration and document management. The system is built using Firebase as a real-time database and JavaScript for interface and application logic development. Key features of the system include new patient registration, patient data search, patient information updates, and data deletion. Through this system, administrative processes can be carried out digitally, in a structured manner, and easily accessible via a web browser. The implementation results show that the system simplifies the patient registration process, minimizes data input errors, and increases the efficiency of administrative staff. This system is expected to serve as an initial solution in supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services, particularly in outpatient administration.
