The Riau Provincial DPRD is a legislative institution that functions as legislation, supervision and budget. The Riau Provincial DPRD plays an active role in making regional regulations, discussing regional revenue and expenditure budgets, and supervising the implementation of regional regulations and the APBD. Currently, the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial DPRD Office in carrying out administrative work and document archiving is done manually, both using office stationery and also using the Microsoft Excel application. The design of this final assignment aims to manage administrative documents, especially letters and proposals in the archiving system application. The design of this filing system application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The creation of this filing system application uses HTML and the programming language javascript, PHP and MySQL which manages the database, laravel as the CSS framework. This filing system application can help the General Section of the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial DPRD Office to manage the archiving of letter and proposal documents.
