Implementasi Model Iso/Iec 25010:2011 Dan Iso/Iec 25022:2016 Dalam Evaluasi Mutu Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Riau (Satu Unri)

Academic information systems are one of the information technologies that are very much needed to support academic activities in higher education. To produce a quality information system, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of use. This study uses ISO/IEC 25010:2011 as a quality model and ISO/IEC 25022:2016 as a measurement standard. Quantitative methods are carried out in the measurement process, namely by measuring user performance and questionnaires. The evaluation was carried out on 100 active students of the University of Riau as users of the Satu UNRI information system who were selected randomly. Thirteen tasks were given to each user. Based on the evaluation results, there were 7 tasks that had problems, namely tasks with errors, task error intensity, time efficiency, consequences of fatigue, proportion of users complaining, user pleasure and user comfort. From these results, 6 proposed improvements were given that had gone through the validation process of experts and system developers. The results of the Satu UNRI information system evaluation are expected to improve the quality of the system so that it can improve the user experience.
