ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in
input and output prices and the level of production decline in the Mujiman Snack
onion cracker agroindustry in Sungai Beringin Village, Rengat District, Indragiri
Hulu Regency. The research method used is the case study method. The data
information used is primary data and secondary data. The informant in this study
was Mrs. Meli Kusmadianti, the owner of the Mujiman Snack onion cracker
agroindustry. To analyze the investment criteria data, Net Present Value (NPV),
Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), and Payback
Period (PP) were used. The results of the study indicate that the financial feasibility
analysis with a discount rate of 6.08% at a business age of twenty-five years shows
that the Mujiman Snack onion cracker agro-industry business is feasible to run and
develop because it has a positive NPV of Rp.819,235,874, - IRR is greater than the
Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) of 16.95%, Net B/C is greater than zero
by 1.97, and the return on investment period of 5 years 5 months 24 days is faster
than the project age. The results of the sensitivity analysis with the assumption of a
20% increase in the price of input materials for shallots, 30% cooking oil, and a
10% decrease in production scale, conclude that the Mujiman Snack Onion Cracker
Agro-industry business is still feasible to run and develop.
