Pemberian Kompos Solid Dan Abu Boiler Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Padi Gogo (Oryza Sativa L.) Pada Medium Podsolik
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the interaction and optimal dosage of solid compost and
palm oil boiler ash, as well as the effects and optimal dosages of solid compost and
palm oil boiler ash on the growth and yield of upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) in
podzolic medium. The research was conducted experimentally using a factorial
completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of factor I solid compost namely
0, 12.5, 25 and 37.5 g per polybag (0, 2.5, 5 and 7.5 t.ha-1) and factor II boiler ash
namely 0, 5, 10 and 15 g per polybag (0, 1, 2 and 3 t.ha-1). The results showed that
the combination of solid compost at a dose of 2.5 t.ha-1 with boiler ash at a dose of
2 t.ha-1 increased the maximum number of tillers, the number of productive tillers
and the number of full grain per panicles ignificantly compared to no treatment, but
not significantly compared to other combinations. The treatment of solid compost
at a dose of 2.5 t.ha-1 increased the maximum number of tillers, the weight of 100
nutritious grains, the weight of dry milled grain per polybag and accelerated the
panicle exit age and harvest age and a dose of 5 t.ha-1 increased plant height, the
number of productive tillers, the number of full grain per panicles and the
percentage of nutritious grains significantly compared to without solid compost.
Meanwhile, the treatment of boiler ash at a dose of 1 t.ha-1 increased all parameters
significantly compared to without boiler ash.
