Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Yang Diberi Pupuk Organik Libo Ganik Dengan Pupuk Npkmg 12:12:17:2 Di Main Nursery
Palm oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is an important commodity for the Indonesian economy as a source of vegetable oil and biodiesel. Inceptisol soil has low fertility that requires fertilizer application. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the combination of Libo Ganik organic fertilizer and NPKMg 12:12:17:2 fertilizer and to determine the optimal dose to support the growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the main-nursery. The research used a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatment combinations of Libo Ganik organic fertilizer and NPKMg 12:12:17:2 fertilizer doses, namely L1: 0 g Libo Ganik + 100 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2, L2: 100 g Libo Ganik + 75 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2, L3: Libo Ganik + 50 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2, L4: 300 g Libo Ganik + 25 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2, 400 g Libo Ganik + 0 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2. The parameter observed were plant height increase, leaf number increase, stump diameter increase, root volume, dry weight of seedlings, and root crown ratio. The best treatment was 200 g Libo Ganik + 50 % NPKMg 12:12:17:2, which resulted in an increase in seedling height, root volume, dry weight of seedlings, and root crown ratio.
