Rancang Bangun Sistem Kendali Motor Induksi 3 Fasa Menggunakan Hmi (Human Machine Interface) Melalui Plc Dan Vsd
ABSTRACT
PLCs are often used in industry to minimize maintenance and replacement costs.
Meanwhile, VSD allows variable speed regulation of induction motors, thus
enabling efficient use of induction motors. However, the use of PLCs and VSDs in
controlling induction motor speed also requires an effective monitoring system to
ensure optimal performance and detect potential problems quickly. In this case,
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) has become a popular
solution. SCADA allows users to connect and control systems at a glance through
an attractive user interface. A 220 Volt AC voltage source is connected to the
VSD and power supply input. The 220 Volt AC voltage source is reduced and
rectified to 24 Volt DC using a power supply, which functions to power the PLC
and HMI. The push button in the circuit functions as a switch to manually run the
motor which is connected to the PLC input terminal. The ATV12H055M2 PLC is
used as a controller via VSD to control a three-phase induction motor. VSD
functions to regulate the frequency of three-phase induction motors.
