Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Kosmetik Dan Obat-Obatan Yang Belum Terdaftar Pada Bpom Di Kota Pekanbaru

The increasing number of illegal cosmetic and pharmaceutical products not registered with BPOM has raised public concern. To address this issue, a web- based information system was developed that allows users to check the legality of products and report unregistered items. This system is built using PHP, MySQL, and OTP verification via email. The main features include registration, login, product checking, online reporting, and complaint history. Administrators can process reports and send notifications to the users. The system is designed using UML (use case diagram, class diagram, and Sequence Diagram) to illustrate the workflow. The development stages of this system include requirements analysis, system design, code implementation, and system function testing to ensure all features work as intended. As a result, the system makes it easier for the public to obtain product legality information and accelerates the handling of reports by BPOM. It is expected that this system will enhance product monitoring and encourage public participation in creating a safe consumption environment.
