The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of Karang Taruna in strengthening social solidarity in the community in Sibuak Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province? This study aims to determine and describe the role of Karang Taruna in strengthening social solidarity in the community in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This study has 3 indicators (1) The Role of Karang Taruna in the Field of Arts and Sports, (2) The Role of Karang Taruna in the Field of Social Welfare and (3) The Role of Karang Taruna in the Field of Religion This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research is used to examine the condition of natural objects. This study consists of one variable, namely the Role of Karang Taruna in Strengthening Social Solidarity of the Community in Sibuak Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province The subjects of this study were 4 people who would be used as research information. The use of this research information is to find out data and information about the Role of Karang Taruna in Strengthening Social Solidarity in the Community in Sibuak Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The determination of the research subjects was based on the consideration that the informants could provide the data and information needed in the study. Based on data analysis and discussion, this study can be concluded: 1. The role of Karang Taruna in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, in youth solidarity to be involved in Karang Taruna activities, it was found that arts and

sports can be active and run well because of various programs, such as competitions, training and festivals. 2. The role of the youth organization in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, in the solidarity of young people to be involved in the activities of the Youth Organization, it was found that in the religious field it can continue to be active because the youth organization of Sibuak Village carries out religious activities that arouse the desire of young people to slowly start participating in religious activities. 3. The role of the youth organization in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, in the solidarity of young people to be involved in the activities of the Youth Organization, it was found that in the field of Social Welfare, the efforts made by the Youth Organization in the field of social welfare are to help the younger generation be more sensitive to the surrounding environment. Based on the results of the research and discussion on the Role of Karang Taruna in Strengthening Social Solidarity of the Community in Sibuak Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, the researcher can recommend the following: 1. It is recommended to the Karang Taruna organization of Sibuak Village to embrace all groups even though they are not included in the Karang Taruna management so that solidarity continues to be built and maintained properly. 2. It is recommended to the youth of Sibuak Village to continue to participate in programs held by the Karang Taruna organization because it can provide a positive impact in the form of stronger bonds of solidarity. 3. For further researchers to be able to perfect research related to the Karang Taruna organization or the like.
