Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease which is still being a world’s problem today. In 2015, Meranti Archipelago District had 118 new TB case notifications per 181.095 population. The private general practitioners (PGP) which one of health practitioners that have the most important to solved the problem of TB. This research was conducted to knows the knowledge, attitude and practice of PGP. This research used descriptive cross sectional method with purposive sampling using questionnaire given to 25 PGP in Meranti Archipelago District from November to Desember 2016. The Results of this research are 60% PGP had less knowledge in diagnose, 68% had good knowledge in management.The Results of attitude in diagnose 56% had negative, in management 60% had positive. The results of the practice in diagnose were 72% PGP had enough and 76% PGP had good practice in management.
