Analisis Pengaruh Efektivitas Pelatihan, Budaya Organisasi Pada Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Motivasi Kerja Di Kementerian Keuangan Wilayah Riau
Human resources management basically deals with how to manage human resources behavior that suit with the purpose and goals of the organization which faces the external and internal challenges. This study aims to determine the effect of training effectiveness, organizational culture on employee performance through motivation. The population of this study are employees who have had a performance appraisal and have attended training. Based on the selected criteria, 164 employees were selected as the research sample.
The results show that training has a significant effect on motivation with an effect size medium, organizational culture has a significant effect on motivation with an effect size large, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with an effect size medium, training has a significant effect on the performance with an effect size medium. Organizational culture significantly influence employee performance with medium effect size, training does not significantly influence employee performance through motivation with small effect sizes and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance through motivation with medium effect sizes. Training and organizational culture influence employee’s motivation. Training, Organizational Culture and Motivation are able to explain the variance in employee performance. Thus, training has an effect on improving employee performance, as well as on organizational culture and motivation. Therefore, it is recommended that all organizations be more active in carrying out training of employees.
