Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational
commitment and organizational culture towards the Performance of the Regional
Secretariat Employees of Riau Province. Analyzing the effect of leadership on
employee performance. Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on
employee performance and analyzing work organization culture on employee
performance. The population in this study are all of the employees in the Regional
Secretariat of Riau Province with the total number 463 people. The sample in this
study are 142 people. The data used in this study are primary and secondary
data, while a set of questionnaire was used as the data collection technique.
The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression
with SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that leadership,
organizational commitment and organizational culture affect performance.
Leadership influences the employee performance. This shows that leadership can
determine the level of the employee performance. Organizational commitment
influences the employee performance. This shows that organizational commitment
is very important in determining the employee performance. The better the
organizational commitment, the higher the performance will be. Organizational
Culture influences the employee performance. This shows that Organizational
Culture is very important in determining the employee performance. The higher
the Organizational Culture obtained by employees, the better the performance
will be.
