Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai (Studi Pada Tenaga Kesehatan Puskesmas Kampar Kiri)

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment,
motivation, and workability on employee's job satisfaction in Kampar Kiri Public
Health Clinic. The population in this study includes all Medical Workers at
Kampar Kiri Public Health Clinic as many as 47 people. Primary data was
collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to
test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression. The sampling technique
in this research used the census method or saturated sample (47 Medical Workers
in Kampar Kiri Public Health Clinic). The result showed that: 1) There is a
positive and significant effect of work environment, motivation and work ability
on job satisfaction of medical workers at Kampar Kiri Public Health Clinic. 2)
There is a positive and significant work environment influence on job satisfaction
of medical workers at Kampar Kiri Public Health Clinic. 3) There is a positive
and significant influence of motivation on job satisfaction of medical workers at
Kampar Kiri Public Health Clinic. 4) There is a positive and significant effect of
work ability on job satisfaction of medical workers at Kampar Kiri Public Health
Clinic.
