Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Indah Cargo Pekanbaru
This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on
employee performance. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire survey.
The questionnaire was distributed to 111 employees of PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru.
The questionnaire given was 111 questionnaires which can be used and can be
processed in its entirety. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression
(multiple regression) which is a statistical method used to determine the relationship
between two independent variables and one dependent variable that is assisted with
the Windows Ver 20. SPSS program. The results of this study prove that partial
compensation affects the performance employees PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. While
motivation partially influences the performance of the employees of PT. Indah Cargo
Pekanbaru. Simultaneously compensation and work motivation have a significant
effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru
