Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the
commitment and performance of BUMDES managers in Kampar district. The
population in this study are all managers who are members of BUMDES in
Kampar Regency.
Primary data in this study were collected by questionnaire as an instrument
to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use
multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling
technique that has been selected by purposive sampling method (229 BUMDES
for the population and 30 BUMDES for sample on Kampar District village ).
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence
between recruitment and commitment of BUMDES managers, 2) There was a
positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of
BUMDES managers, 3) There was a positive and significant effect
simultaneously between recruitment and training towards BUMDES
management commitment, 4) There is a positive and significant effect between
the commitment of the BUMDES manager and the performance of the
manager.
