Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Bina Buana Mandiri Pekanbaru
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study
was to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and turnover
intention at PT. Bina Buana Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population of study was 60
people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Structural
Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 was used as methods of data
analysis. The results were: 1) compensation had a negative and significant effect
on turnover intention; 2) compensation had a positive and significant effect on job
satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover
intention; 4) compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover
intention throughwork job satisfaction.
