Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pt. Hasel Milek Jaya Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, discipline and
motivation on employee morale at PT. Hasel Milek Jaya Pekanbaru. The
population in this study included all employees at PT. Hasel Milek Jaya
Pekanbaru, amounting to 61 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire
as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this
study is using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. The sampling
technique chosen was the census method with 61 employees at PT. Hasel Milek
Jaya Pekanbaru. The results showed that: 1) leadership, discipline and motivation
together had a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Hasel Milek Jaya
Pekanbaru, 2) leadership partially has a significant effect on the morale of the
employees of PT. Hasel Milek Jaya Pekanbaru, 3) discipline partially has a
significant effect on the morale of the employees of PT. Hasel Milek Jaya
Pekanbaru, 4) motivation partially has a significant effect on the morale of the
employees of PT. Hasel Milek Jaya Pekanbaru.
