Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi Di Pt Wira Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work
environment and motivation on employee morale at PT. Wira Karya Pramitra
Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. The population in this study included all employees
at PT. Wira Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten Kampar, amounting to 55 people.
Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results
of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using multiple linear
regression with SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was the census
method with 55 employees at PT. Wira Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten
Kampar. The results showed that: 1) leadership, work environment and
motivation together had a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Wira
Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten Kampar, 2) leadership partially has a
significant effect on the morale of the employees of PT. Wira Karya Pramitra
Tapung Kabupaten Kampar 3) work environment partially has a significant effect
on the morale of the employees of PT. Wira Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten
Kampar, 4) motivation partially has a significant effect on the morale of the
employees of PT. Wira Karya Pramitra Tapung Kabupaten Kampar.
