Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Daya Persada Utama

This research was conducted at PT. Daya Persada Utama. The puspose of
the study was determine the effect of Dicipline and motivation work partially or
simultaneously on employee perfomance at PT. Daya Persada Utama. This
reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 54 employees who were
sampled. The research variables used are work discipline and word motivation as
independent variables and performance as the dependent variable. The data
analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for
windows.
The result of this study conclude that the variables of work discipline work
motivation partially or simultan have a significant effect on performance, the
calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0,614, meaning that the
percentage of the influence of discipline and motivation work on employee
performance is by 61,4%. While the remaining 38,6% is influenced by other
variables not included in this regression model.
