Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satpol PP Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Melalui Kepuasan Kerja

The purpose of this study was to study the motivation and discipline of performance in the Satpol PP Kuantan Singingi District through job satisfaction. The study population was all Civil Servants who received in the Satpol PP Kuantan Singingi Regency as many as 71 people. The sample in this study was a total of 71 people. The sampling technique used was the census method. The instrument answers the data in the form of a list of questions (questionnaire). The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis that is operated through SPSS 25.
The results of this study indicate what is meant by research on job satisfaction. Significant discipline on job satisfaction. Significant motivation for performance through job satisfaction. Discipline has a significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be beneficial for the development of science.
