Pengaruh Integrated Service Management Dan Family Members Terhadap Proses Pengambilan Keputusan Mahasiswa Memilih Politeknik Kampar

This study aims to determine the effect of integrated service management and family members on the student’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar. For gathering datas, quetionnaires were distributed to Politeknik Kampar’s students.
Datas were analized by SEM-PLS. Based on the discussion of research results, it was found that integrated service management has a positive and significant effect on the student’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar, the results indicate that students’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar will increase if the integrated service management was well practiced, and vice versa. Students’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar will decrease whenever the implementation of integrated service management is not good. Family members have a positive and significant effect on students’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar, this means the better understanding of family members regarding Politeknik Kampar, students’s decision making process choosing Politeknik Kampar will decrease, and vice versa.
