Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Debitur Melalui Keputusan Menggunakan Kredit Produktif Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Utama Pekanbaru
The current development of the banking industry continues to show
improvement, so that every bank tries to maintain debtor satisfaction and also
increase decisions on the use of credit by debtors. Therefore, in this study, we
wanted to see the effect of the Promotion Mix on Debtor Satisfaction through the
Decision to Use Productive Credit at Bank Riau Kepri, Main Branch of
Pekanbaru.
This research was conducted on productive credit debtors of Bank Riau
Kepri, Main Branch of Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study was 745 people,
while the sample used was 260 people, the data collection technique used a
questionnaire. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, the WarpPls program is used
The results showed that: 1) The promotion mix has an effect on the decision
to use credit. 2) Promotion mix affects debtor satisfaction using credit. 3) The
decision to use credit has an effect on the satisfaction of debtors using credit, 4
The promotion mix has an effect on the satisfaction of debtors using credit
through the decision to use credit, 5) The decision to use credit is not a
moderating variable for the relationship between promotion mix and debtor
satisfaction.
Therefore, Bank Riau Kepri Main Branch of Pekanbaru must do several
things, namely: 1) Always maintain the quality of the products provided to
consumers. 2) Continue to provide information about products to consumers
through promotions. 3) Bank Riau Kepri, the main branch of Pekanbaru, must
pay attention to the effective place and time for promotion
