Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Promosi Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa Poltekes Kemenkes Riau

Competition in the world of the education service industry, especially higher education shows a very rapid increase, this is marked by the emergence of many types of educational institutions, ranging from universities, colleges, polytechnics, and academies, who both offer educational services. Therefore, as one of the government-owned higher education institutions, the Riau Ministry of Health Poltekes must also compete with various other educational institutions, such as the Stikes Al-Insyirah. So that the Riau Ministry of Health Poltekes must be able to improve the decision of students choosing to study at the Poltekes, as well as maximizing the level of student satisfaction. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the Effect of Service Quality, Prices, Promotions and Beliefs on the Decisions and Satisfaction of Polytechnic Students in the Ministry of Health of Riau.
The research was conducted at the Poltekes Ministry of Health Ministry of Riau, the number of samples used was 109 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using SEM with WarPls version 3.0.
The results showed that: 1) There was an influence of service quality on student decisions. 2) There is an effect of price on student decisions. 3) There is an effect of promotion on student decisions. 4) There is an influence of trust in student decisions. 5) Student decisions affect the satisfaction of students of the Riau Health Ministry of Health Polytechnic.
Based on the results of the study, the Riau Ministry of Health Poltekes must be able to overcome the problem of Service Quality, Price, Promotion and Trust, in order to improve student decisions and Satisfaction of the Riau Ministry of Health Polytechnic students.
