Analisis Pengaruh Bauran Promosi, Citra Layanan, Motivasi Konsumen Terhadap Pertimbangan Etik Dan Keputusan Takeover Debitur Pada Pt. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine empirically analyze the influence of promotion mix, service images, consumer motivation on ethical considerations and customer takeover decisions at PT. Bank Riau-Kepri Pekanbaru Syariah Branch. The population in this study were all credit takeover customers in the company, with samples selected using the Slovin formula into 312 research samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and short interviews. The data analysis technique used is path analysis.
The results showed that (1) The results showed that Promotion Mix had an effect on Ethical Considerations. This means that the better the promotion by the company, the more ethical considerations increase. (2) The results of the study show that Service Image has an effect on Ethical Considerations. This means that the better the image of the company's services increases customer ethical considerations for the company. (3) The results of the study indicate consumer motivation for ethical considerations. This means that the better the motivation of consumers in using Islamic products, the better the ethical consideration of customers to the company. (4) The results of the study indicate that Ethical Considerations affect the customer's Takeover Decision. This means that the higher the ethical considerations, the more customer takeover decisions will be. (5) The results of the study show that Ethical Consideration is able to mediate the Promotion Mix of the customer's Takeover Decision. This means that the better the promotion mix will affect customer takeover decisions. (6) The results of the study show that Ethical Considerations mediate the Service Image of the customer's Takeover Decision. This means that the company's service image will indirectly improve customer takeover decisions. (7) The results of the study show that Ethical Considerations are able to mediate Consumer Motivation on Customers' Takeover Decisions. This means that high consumer motivation will indirectly increase customer takeover decisions.
