This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and teamwork on satisfaction then the work environment and teamwork on work productivity, the influence of work environment and teamwork on productivity through job satisfaction and the effect of satisfaction on work productivity. The population in this study were 96 employees of Pangkalan Kerinci Primary Tax Office. The sample in this study was 96 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis, using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and teamwork influence satisfaction. The work environment and teamwork influence work productivity. Work environment and teamwork influence work productivity through satisfaction. Satisfaction affects work productivity.
