Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Komitmen Terhadap Disiplin Dan Kinerja Pegawai Administrasi Uin Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau
Basically, the management of these resources is very important to achieve organizational goals through management which is a tool to achieve goals. The success of an organization and the success of an organization's performance is determined by the quality of its human resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision and work commitment on work discipline and employee performance. To analyze the effect of supervision and work commitment on employee performance through employee work discipline and to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau Islamic State University Administration Staff. The population in this study were 168 people. The sample in this study were 168 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire.
The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that supervision had an effect on work discipline. This shows that supervision can determine the level of work discipline. This means that the better the supervision, the work discipline will increase. Commitment affects work discipline. This shows that commitment is very important in determining discipline. So the better the commitment, the higher the work discipline. Supervision has an effect on performance. This shows that supervision can determine the level of performance. This means that the better the supervision, the better the performance. Commitment affects performance. This shows that commitment is very important in determining performance. So the better the commitment, the higher the performance. Supervision has a significant effect on employee performance through discipline. This shows good leadership, followed by good discipline that will improve performance. Commitment has a significant effect on performance through work discipline. This means that the better the commitment and followed by high work discipline will improve performance. Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. That is, the better work discipline will improve performance.
