Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Yang Dimediasi Oleh Komitmen Pada Pengelola BUMDes Di Kabupaten Kuansing
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effects of training and competence on employee performance mediated by commitment. The population in this study were directors and employees of BUMDes in Kuantan Singingi District. The total population is 118 people. In this study, using a saturated sampling technique or a census where the entire population is sampled, so that the respondents of this study were 118 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM PLS.
The results in this study indicate that training, competence and commitment have a significant effect on performance. Training and competence indirectly through commitment have a significant effect on performance. This means that the continuous training will provide good competence for them so that the performance will be better for the organization coupled with the existing commitment in the employee. Therefore the achievement of organization’s goals would be better for the long term.
