Pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan Dan Penempatan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan PT. Pegadaian Area Pekanbaru
This research aims to find out the influence of knowledge management and placement on morals. In this study, the population was employees of PT. Pegadaian Pekanbaru Area consisting of 3 Branch Offices and 28 Auxiliary Branches totaling 74 people. The sample in this study was 74 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use questionnaires.
The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that knowledge management and work placement have an effect on morale. This shows that knowledge management and work placement can determine the level of employee morale. Knowledge management affects employee morale. This shows that knowledge management can determine the level of employee morale. Better knowledge management, increased morale. Job placements affect employee morale. This indicates that work placements are essential in determining work morale. The better the work placement, the higher the morale.
