The teacher is the component that most influences the creation of quality education processes and outcomes. Teachers are professional positions that require special skills as professional educators in the school environment. Maximum teacher performance is expected by all school authorities to be able to provide maximum contributions so that the results to be achieved are satisfactory. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and work culture on job satisfaction. to analyze the influence of motivation, work culture and job satisfaction on performance. And the influence of motivation and work culture on performance through job satisfaction.
In this study, the population in this study was the target population in this study were 68 teachers of the Santo Yosef School, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study were 68 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of research work motivation and work culture affect teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation and work culture affect performance. Work motivation, work culture has a significant effect on teacher performance through satisfaction. Teacher job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The better the teacher's job satisfaction will improve performance.
