Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Mekanik Pada PT. Pec-Tech Services Indonesia Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating
This research was conducted at PT. Pectech Services Indonesia having its address at PT.Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper complex, Pangkalan Kerinci Village, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on mechanical work discipline at PT. PEC-Tech Service Indonesia, to know and analyze the effect of training on work discipline, to know and analyze the effect of work motivation on performance, to know and analyze the effect of training on performance, to know and analyze the effect of work discipline on performance, to know and analyze the effect work motivation on performance through work discipline, and to find out and analyze the effect of training on performance through work discipline on performance.
The population in this study are all mechanics who work at PT .ectech Service Indonesia, totaling around 115 people. The sample in this study amounted to 115 people. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be drawn several conclusions, namely motivation has an influence on the work discipline of employees of PT. PEC-Tech Service Indonesia, training has an influence on employee work discipline, motivation has an influence on employee performance, training has an influence on employee performance, work discipline has an influence on employee performance, work discipline is able to strengthen the influence of motivation on employee performance, and work discipline able to strengthen the effect of training on employee performance.
