Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Dengan Kepuasan Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Nasabah Safe Deposite Box Bank Riau Kepri)
The aim of this study to analyze the effect of corporate image and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The influence of image and trust on customer loyalty through satisfaction. The study population was the Safe Deposit Box customers of PT Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch in 2019 totaling 143 customers. The sample used in this study were 143 customers. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire.The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), by using the SmartPLS software.
Research result, .Company image has an effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that company image can determine the level of customer satisfaction. Trust affects customer satisfaction. This shows that trust is very important in determining customer satisfaction. Company image affects loyalty. This shows that company image can determine the level of loyalty. Trust affects loyalty. This shows that trust is very important in determining customer satisfaction. Company image has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Trust has a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty
