Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Australia Laboratory Service Riau
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect influence of Leadership and Career Development on Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Australia Loboratory Service Riau, amounting to 155 employees. In this study, Probability Sampling was used. The sample was taken using the Slovin method, for sampling using Stratified Random Sampling.
The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression and Path Analysis as a tool to find direct and indirect effects. The results of this study, leadership has a significant effect on work discipline. Career development has a significant effect on work discipline. Leadership has a significant effect on performance. Career development has a significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Leadership affects employee performance through work discipline. Career development affects employee performance through work discipline.
