Pengaruh Penempatan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Sistem Remunerasi Terhadap Motivasi Pegawai Tenaga Kependidikan Di Universitas Riau Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, placement and remuneration system on employee motivation. In this study, the population is 402 educational employees. The sample in this study were 80 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS software.
Research results work environment affects employee motivation. This shows that the work environment can determine the level of employee motivation. The better the work environment, the motivation will increase. Job placement affects employee motivation. This shows that job placement is very important in determining motivation. The better the job placement, the higher the motivation. The remuneration system affects employee motivation. This shows that the remuneration system is very important in determining motivation. The higher the remuneration system obtained by employees, the more motivation will increase. The work environment, job placement and the remuneration system affect motivation. This shows that the work environment, job placement and remuneration system can determine the level of employee motivation.
