Pengaruh Reputasi, Kemudahan Transaksi Dan Desain Website Terhadap Minat Dan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Situs Jual Beli Lazada Pada Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Magister Universitas Riau
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of reputation, ease of transaction and website design on purchasing decisions through interest. To analyze the effect of interest on consumer purchasing decisions on Lazada's buying and selling sites. In this study, the population was the Postgraduate Masters student at Riau University for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 2427 people from this population. The sample in this study were 140 people.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is data analysis which is used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that reputation, ease of transaction and website design had a positive and significant effect on interest. Interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Reputation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through interest. Ease of transaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through interest. Website design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through interest.
