Peran Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee motivation and performance at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The research was conducted quantitatively with a causal and descriptive research design. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents who were employees of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The sampling data collection technique used in this study was proportional stratafied random sampling and according to the strata consisting of medical, paramedical, nursing and non-medical personnel. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale.
The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that leadership and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Meanwhile, leadership and work environment do not have a direct significant effect on performance. These two variables can only have a significant effect on performance if they are mediated by work motivation. Then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
