This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and career opportunities on work motivation and employee performance. The study was conducted in PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk Pekanbaru.
In this study, the population is the employees of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk Pekanbaru Branch as many as 197 people. The sample in this study were 132 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.
The results of the research work ability and career opportunities have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Job ability and career opportunities have a significant effect on performance. Job ability and career opportunities have a positive and significant effect on performance through motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, the higher the level of motivation, the performance will increase.
