Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semanggat Kerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Air Minum Tirta Terubuk Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study aims to see and find out the direct influence of the influence of leadership and compensation on employee work performance at the regional public company (PERUMDA) drinking water terubuk, Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study were all employees totaling 105 respondents. In this study, the Probability Sampling technique was used and the sample was taken using the Slovin method so that the sample obtained with the Slovin formula became 83 samples.
The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, using SPSS software. The results in this study indicate that leadership and compensation have a simultaneous or partial effect on employee morale.
